Denise is a business mentor with Enterprise Ireland and the Local Enterprise Offices, supporting early-stage founders and small business owners across Ireland. She works closely with clients on their marketing, messaging and go-to-market strategy, helping them turn a strong idea into a clear proposition that customers and investors can actually understand.
Drawing on 15 years working with more than 200 startups, Denise combines hands-on commercial experience with practical, no-nonsense guidance — helping ambitious businesses sell, explain and grow with confidence.
Ryan is a freelance video creator and marketing professional who helps startups and small businesses tell their stories through compelling visual content. His innovative, high-engagement videos caught the attention of a major multinational in Barcelona before he returned to Dublin to complete his degree at UCD, where he now runs his own marketing and video production business alongside his studies. Ryan has worked with organisations including Merits in Naas and the Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire Rathdown, managing each project end-to-end — from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery.
