The focus is not simply on making a video look good — it is about understanding the audience, clarifying the message and creating something the business can actually use to sell, explain and grow. Over the last 15 years, Denise has worked with more than 200 startups and knows how to deliver a robust value proposition in words, audio and video.
Ryan has been making commercial videos for startups for years, with a talent for creating memorable, innovative compilations that often go viral on social media. His work caught attention online, leading to an invitation to join the marketing team of a large multinational in Barcelona. Having recently returned to complete his degree at UCD, he now runs his marketing business alongside his studies.
Fresh out of college and full of energy, Alanna brings a sharp, current eye to every project she touches. She supports the team across research, content and coordination — always ready with a new idea and a great eye for the magical shot. We love the colour she captures.
AnnMarie brings a wealth of creative experience to her role as Production Manager, keeping every shoot running smoothly from first call to final cut. She's also a published author and musician with three CDs to her name, and that storyteller's instinct shows in everything she produces.
